TNT wants to make a difference in
the lives of all children. Childhood obesity rates are increasing at
an alarming rate and the causes can be attributed to lack of physical
activity, poor nutrition, low self-esteem, and genetics. TNT's
programming is committed to giving kids of all abilities a chance to be
active, make healthy choices, and more importantly, to teach them to feel
good about themselves. Kids love to be active and have fun. TNT
gives kids the opportunity to do both. Exercise is the best natural
drug that a kid can ever use for feeling good. Through activity
and encouragement from the staff at TNT, your child will become healthy and
confident.

Want your child to stay active,
make new friends, and have a blast? Then come join our exciting new
Kid’s Fitness program here at TNT.
Using our state-of-the-art facility
and qualified staff it’s easy to see why so many children and parents have
come to see TNT as the place to be to get fit and stay healthy. Recently our
Kid's Fitness program has moved into a new area of the gym creating a
customized space just for Kids Fitness. This allows complete one-on-one
attention and gives us space for maximum fun!!
Kids will learn all the components of
fitness and more while having fun! Increase flexibility, muscular strength
and endurance, improve balance, coordination, overall sport performance, and
learn about proper nutrition. With our wide variety of equipment the kids
will be jumping, swinging, bouncing, climbing, and stretching their way to a
healthy lifestyle.
