Competitive gymnastics is a step above recreational gymnastics. Gymnastics at TNT focuses on enhancing strength and teaching gymnastics skills with the enjoyment of the gymnast as a main priority, while gymnastics at any level teaches discipline, work ethic, team work and positive self image. Competitive gymnastics takes all of these attributes one step further. The competitive teams travels to meets in North Dakota and Minnesota. The competitive team condition and progress in their skills at a higher rate due to the higher intensity of the practices and also the addition hours of practice time.
