TNT Special Needs Program
"Every child has the ability to achieve, TNT provides the environment that makes it possible."
TNT is dedicated to meeting the needs of all kids, ages 18 months to 18 years old. Kids come into our facility with different abilities whether it is physically, cognitively, socially, or emotionally. Finding and determining their specific needs and creating an environment that enables them to be successful is our goal. We rely on the child, parent, staff, and the knowledge of therapists at Pediatric Therapy Partners to make your child's experience as beneficial and fun as possible.

Testimonials from those that leverage the Special Needs Program:

"There is a hidden gem in the Fargo area. It took some searching but I found a program that opened its doors and heart to not only me, but my special needs son as well. TNT gymnastics and fitness offers a wide variety of classes to the Fargo Moorhead area, but in my opinion the best program they offer is the one that serves the special needs community. With the help and guidance of Nate, the Special Needs Coordinator at TNT, my son gets to be in the same environment as a typical child, but have the one on one attention and programming that he needs to succeed. Nate individualizes every aspect of his program so that each child can grow and build life-long skills at their own pace. He is constantly adapting routines and activities as well as equipment so that every child can feel safe, secure, and comfortable in this inclusive environment. He works with the parents on every level of the child's development and encourages input and feedback every step of the way. The best thing about being involved in a TNT program is that my entire family finally feels that we all belong, and are completely welcome. The minute we walk in the doors not one person in that building looks at us as if we don't belong because of our son's ability level or disability. We have finally found a place that puts my son first and that place is TNT Gymnastics and Fitness."

"Thanks for asking us to share our story. Our daughter is 6 years old and has various special needs and is physically and developmentally delayed. We were invited to a Root Beer Float social at TNT by the therapy company our daughter receives therapy from. We went just because the kids love ice cream and had decided before hand that we would not be joining. Our daughter had enough on her plate already; daycare, school, school therapy and outside therapy 4 days a week. Her schedule didn’t need another thing added to it, not to mention our schedule. After spending only 15 minutes there we had our ice cream and left. I walked out of there thinking “How can I not sign our daughter up?” She had so much fun in just those 15 minutes and I saw just how therapeutic this could be. The next day I called Nate and spoke with him about our daughter and her many needs. Nate agreed to take her for a nine week session and work one-on-one with her. During those nine weeks Nate was spit at, hit, pinched, kicked, and screamed at. Nate never gave up. We communicated about ways to handle each situation. Today she is in a group gymnastics class (10-12 kids) and does ‘School’s Out Day Camp’ at TNT, all because someone cared enough to love her; that someone being Nate and the staff at TNT.
The growth in this little girl is unimaginable and to think we weren’t going to do it. The staff at TNT is remarkable and incredible. They are so patient, kind, caring, and loving. We can’t say ‘Thank you’ enough for what you’ve done for our daughter and all the students you teach and love. You’ll never know what your child can accomplish if you don’t’ give them the opportunity. We’re sure glad we did. "

The Carl Ben Eielson Middle School adapted physical education students have been going to TNT Kids’ Fitness for the last four years, they love it! The staff at TNT always has great activities for my students to participate in regardless of their ability levels. Nate remembers each of their names and always makes them all feel right at home. It is a fun place to get a great workout!”
